Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Drip Strip.

If you've changed your mind, you can return your unused, unopened Drip Strip within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Item must be in original packaging.

If your Drip Strip arrives faulty or damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
